A well-equipped Municipal Engineering Office that provides infrastructure supports for a more progressive and developed community and alleviate the quality of life of its constituents.
MISSION
The Engineering Office shall provide improved and sustainable infrastructure through the speedy and timely preparation of quality plans, specifications and programs of works that ensure effective, efficient and economical implementation of projects including the maintenance of roads and bridges and public works adhering to government standards.

ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT
The Service:
A Building permit is required prior to construction, alteration, major repair, or renovation or conversion of any building/structure owned by the government or private entities.
The permit becomes null and void if work does not commence within 1 year from the date of such permit or work is suspended or abandoned at any time after it has been commenced for a period of 120 days.

4. Sanitary Plans
5. Plumbing plans
6. Mechanical Plans
7. Electronics plans
8. Sidewalk development permit
b. 5 sets of duly filled up and notarized application forms
c. 5 sets -Bill of materials
d. 5 sets- Specifications
e. 2 sets – Design Analysis
f. 2 sets -Boring Test Report/ Plate load test ( 3 storey above)
g. Certified True Xerox coy of OCT/TCT
h. Tax Declaration
i. Latest Real Property Tax Receipt
j. Brown envelop
k. Zoning decision
