MISSION

Initiate and cause the participatory formulation, coordination and integration of effective and comprehensive development plans, analyze income and expenditure patterns, provide sufficient and reliable information, conduct researches and continuing studies for project planning; and monitor and evaluate the implementation of programs and projects with feedback mechanism in support to the LGU vision.

The Service: The office provides Zoning/Locational Certifications/Clearances for business, structures (residential/commercial, etc.), subdivision and lot.

B.     REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL INFORMATION/REFERENCE MATERIALS

The Service: The office provides technical information on eTRACS, Socio-Economic Profile, Development Plans, Investment Plans, Accomplishment Reports, Full Disclosure Policy Documents and other vital documents to researchers, investors and others who need these materials for specific/legal purpose/s.

C.    REQUEST FOR COMPUTER-GENERATED MAPS AND PHOTOCOPY, HARDCOPY, ELECTRONIC FILE OF CLUP AND OTHER ZONING DOCUMENTS

The Service: The office produces computer-generated maps within its area of responsibility, the Municipality of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. These may be printed in various scales upon request. The map shows road networks, Land Use and identifies flooding hazards. Photocopy, hardcopy and electronic file of CLUP and other zoning documents are also provided upon request.
